- Consumer: Any person engaging in e-commerce to obtain products or services offered by the store via its platform.
- Agreement: Refers to the terms and conditions governing the relationship between the parties.
Point 2 – Legal Capacity of the Consumer:
- The consumer confirms they have legal capacity under applicable laws, or are at least 18 years old.
- If this is violated, the consumer bears full responsibility for the consequences.
Point 3 – Nature of Commitment:
- The store’s obligation is to provide the product or service.
- The store may offer additional services such as after-sales support depending on the nature of the product or service.
Point 4 – Usage Rules:
- The consumer must use the platform in compliance with public morals and laws of Saudi Arabia.
- Products/services must not be used in violation of applicable laws or public morals.
Point 5 – Accounts and Registration Obligations:
Upon registering, the user agrees to:
- Maintain confidentiality of account information and password.
- Notify the store immediately of any unauthorized access.
- The store is not responsible for losses due to account information disclosure.
- The user is fully responsible for their account usage.
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
- The store will keep personal data confidential.
- The store may suspend or terminate accounts if false or unlawful information is provided.
- Non-compliance may result in account suspension or denial of access.
Point 6 – Electronic Communications:

- Electronic communications are legally equivalent to written documents.

- Arabic is the governing language in interpretation.

- This agreement can only be canceled by a decision from store management.
