Return & Exchange Policy

At Al-Durr Organic Farm, we are committed to ensuring the quality and safety of our products. Please note the following:

• Due to the nature of fresh products, vegetables and refrigerated items cannot be returned or exchanged after the order has been delivered and received by the customer.

• If the order has been shipped and an issue occurs during shipping that requires a replacement, the shipping company is responsible for returning the order and processing the replacement.

• If the order arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, the customer must refuse to accept the delivery immediately and inform the shipping company at the same time, so the issue can be handled according tp the applicable procedures.
